Meigs County residents are encouraged to submit up to FOUR soil samples for testing to the Meigs Soil and Water Conservation District office in Pomeroy during the first week of November. Whether testing your garden, front yard, or pasture fields, it's important to know things like pH and nutrient levels, especially with the rise in prices of fertilizer - nobody wants to pay for something they don't need!
